How do reservations work?

You can reserve a 2-hour slot, which gives you access to 2 washers and 2 dryers. This allows you to comfortably wash and dry 4-6 loads within your reserved time.

Can I come without a reservation?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, we recommend making a reservation to ensure machines are available for you, especially during peak times.

Can I bring a group?

Yes, we allow up to 4 customers per 2-hour slot. Each customer can reserve 2 washers and 2 dryers. If you're coming with a group, we recommend making a reservation for each person to ensure enough machines are available.

When are you open?

Good Laundry is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM. On Sundays, we’re open from 3 PM to 8 PM.

What are the booking times?

Tuesday - Saturday: 8 AM - 10 AM 10 AM - 12 PM 12 PM - 2 PM 2 PM - 4 PM 4 PM - 6 PM 6 PM - 8 PM Sunday: 3 PM - 5 PM 5 PM - 7 PM

Where are you located?

Our location is 1034 E. Holbrook Ave., Flint, MI 48505. You can find us easily and access plenty of parking for a convenient experience.

How many washers and dryers are available

We have 8 washers and 9 dryers available for use.

What if I only need to wash or only need to dry?

If you only need to wash or only need to dry, you can still reserve a slot. Just make sure to book in advance, and note that each reservation includes access to both washers and dryers.

Is detergent provided, or should I bring my own?

Currently, we ask that you bring your own detergent. This way, you can use your preferred products and scents.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your reservation with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us directly to make any changes.

What happens if I’m late for my booking slot?

If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but note that other customers may be waiting, so we cannot extend your time beyond the scheduled end of your slot.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, EBT and debit payments.
